These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website (www.blackheathclinic.com) and the terms under which we provide our osteopathic, medical acupuncture, sports massage, and rehabilitation services at our Bromley and Blackheath locations.

1. Appointments and Cancellations We value your time and the time of our other patients. When you book an appointment via our Setmore booking system, phone, or email, that time is reserved exclusively for you.

- Cancellation Policy: We require a minimum of 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
- Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Failure to attend your appointment or cancelling with less than 48 hours' notice may result in a cancellation fee up to the full cost of the appointment.
- Running Late: If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you, but your session may need to be shortened to avoid delaying the next patient, and the full appointment fee will still apply.
- Self-Funding Patients: We accept payment via credit/debit card and cash.
- Health Insurance: Dr Christoph Datler is a registered provider with Aviva, WPA, Cigna, and Vitality. If you are using private medical insurance, you must provide your authorization code and membership number before your treatment.
- Shortfalls: You are ultimately responsible for the cost of your treatment. If your insurance provider fails to cover the full cost of your sessions, or you have an excess on your policy, you will be invoiced for the outstanding balance.
- Consent: Before any treatment (including osteopathy, acupuncture, or sports massage) begins, your practitioner will explain the proposed treatment, potential risks, and benefits. You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time during the session.
- Right to Refuse Treatment: We reserve the right to refuse treatment if we believe it is not clinically appropriate or safe for you, or if a patient exhibits inappropriate or abusive behaviour towards our staff.
- It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

At Dr Datler Sports Clinic, we are committed to providing the highest standard of osteopathic care and patient service. However, if you are unhappy with any aspect of your treatment or experience, we want to know so we can put it right.
