Inspiration - Treatment that works for you!"I have experienced first hand what it means to have pain and suffer from injuries that prevent you from doing what you love. Competing successfully at the national level in Beach Volleyball, I have spent hours doing rehabilitation exercises and on the treatment table as a patient myself: Despite suffering a herniated disc and a complicated ankle fracture among other injuries, I still enjoy competing and won English National Beach Volleyball Masters in 2015 and 2016 as well as being consistently ranked in the TOP 3 of the English National Championship.
Combining this personal background with my extensive experience of treating musculoskeletal injuries, pains and imbalances gives me a deeper understanding of what it takes to get patients better and back on track. Clare Adams, MOstAssociate Osteopath, Pilates Coach and Fitness Instructor
Clare Adams graduated in 2015 from the prestigious British School of Osteopathy in London, where she worked in the university clinic treating the general public but also gained fantastic skills in the specialist clinics for expectant mothers, children, sports men and women as well as the elderly.
Since the start of 2016, Clare has joined Blackheath Sports Clinic on several occasions to treat patients, attend continuous professional development seminars and discuss the management of complicated patient presentations. Clare is currently only available on request, as she also works in clinics outside London in Hertfordshire, but we hope that she will be a constant addition to the team in the near future. |
